

Paul runs a successful personal training practice, both in clients’ homes and at the local gym.
As Paul is out and about he likes the fact his clients can book while he is working and he does not have to interrupt a training session to answer the phone.
Paul advertises three services with Open Your Diary, one-to-one motivation sessions at the local gym, a spin class for 10 people at the leisure centre (Open Your Diary allows Paul to set how many people he can take in a class) and a personal training service at clients’ homes.
Running sessions in different places used to be a bit of an admin nightmare but now Open Your Diary sends Paul a schedule of his day’s appointments the night before, so he now knows when and where he is supposed to be.
As some of Paul’s clients can lack a little motivation, if they have not seen him in two weeks, Open Your Diary automatically sends them a reminder email.
