So you want to take bookings online?
The elevator pitch
It’s easy, all you need to do is enter a few simple details about your the business and the services you want to make available and we then do the rest. Your customers then click on a book now button, see when you are available and submit a booking request. We then let you know, you decide if we want the work and we then add it to your calendar. To make sure no one forgets the appointment, we send email reminders to you and your customer the day before and if you wish, an SMS text message on the day.
So what does it cost?
It is free to set up but should you accept a booking, then we charge you a small fee (one credit). If you would like to use SMS text messages as well as the email reminders then these cost a credit each. We’ll give you some credits to try the service but to continue using the service, you will need to top up your credits. We are also going to offer you a few additional services and if you choose to use them, then they will also cost you a few credits.
What’s the catch?
Hopefully there is not one but we are currently running beta code (we are testing) so we are giving away a limited number of free credits but you must understand that we’ve not ironed everything out yet. New features will appear and we may make some changes to how things work, so until we go live with the final code, you are using the service at your own risk.
